As a Small Business Owner you may be doing more of your work online at present. Selling via your website, using Zoom for meetings. To make sure you are protected under GDPR regulations we will spend 2 x sessions of 1.5 hours going over what you need to know and have in place to comply. You must complete the 2 sessions to earn the CPD certificate of attendance. Session 2 Data Breach - what to do if you think you have a Breach and documents needed Subject Access Request - how to deal with any requests from customers/employees Data Security - what technical and organisational measures do we need Action Plan - what do we need to put in place A zoom password will be emailed to you on payment.
